Contact us through our inquiry form, and a member of our team will reach out within three business days to discuss your project, answer questions, and gather preliminary details.

After reviewing your project information and discussing your goals, we will provide a preliminary pricing range and project terms. Our objective is to provide an estimate that closely aligns with the final project cost. If the initial estimate meets your budget expectations, a 5% non-refundable design deposit will be collected. This deposit covers consultation time, design development, and information-gathering meetings and will be applied toward your cabinetry purchase. Should you decide not to proceed, you will still receive the drawings and project information created during the design phase.

With the design process underway, we gather the specific details needed to create cabinetry tailored to your home and lifestyle.

• Cabinet Style: Select from Euro-style, face-frame, or inset custom cabinetry.
• Materials & Finishes: Choose wood species, materials, colors, and door styles.
• Measurements: Measurements may be provided from plans or existing drawings. For remodels or projects without plans, we will perform a site visit to collect accurate dimensions and assess the space.
• Functional Elements: Appliance selections, sinks, plumbing, electrical locations, and specialty features must be determined prior to design work.
• Product Specifications: We will need specification sheets for appliances, fixtures, lighting, and other integrated products.
• Project Timeline: Establishing a projected completion date allows us to accurately plan production and installation.

Your designer will create a custom layout based on the information collected. After the initial design meeting, you will receive drawings for review and feedback. A follow-up meeting will be held to discuss revisions, answer questions, and finalize the design direction.

Once the design is approved, we will provide a detailed final estimate that reflects all selected materials, features, and customization. After approval, you will receive a project agreement along with the payment schedule necessary to move forward.

Upon acceptance of the final estimate and receipt of the required deposit, your project will be scheduled for production, delivery, and installation. Typical custom cabinetry lead times range from 10–12 weeks, although timing may vary based on material selections and project scope. We will communicate any scheduling updates promptly.

Approximately two weeks before delivery, we will coordinate with you to confirm scheduling and verify that the site is ready. Flooring, environmental controls, and any required pre-installation work should be completed prior to cabinet delivery. A conditioned environment and unobstructed jobsite access help protect your cabinetry and ensure a smooth installation process.

Our installation process is designed to deliver exceptional results while minimizing the risk of damage during construction.

Phase One: Cabinet boxes, drawer boxes, panels, and fillers are installed, allowing other trades, including countertop installers, plumbers, electricians, painters, and flooring professionals, to complete their work.

Phase Two: Once other trades have finished, we return to install doors, decorative trim, hardware, and complete any final adjustments. Any remaining punch-list items are addressed at this stage to ensure the finished product meets our exacting standards and your expectations.
